Job Summary Create engaging short videos and social media content while collaborating on campaigns and capturing behind-the-scenes moments to build real-world content marketing experience. Responsibilities Film and edit engaging short videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels using CapCut or native editing tools to capture audience attention Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns to increase engagement Write concise captions and light scripts that complement video content and enhance messaging Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots to showcase team culture and campaign processes Participate actively in content shoots to learn campaign production and contribute to creative execution Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends and sounds to ensure content relevance and appeal Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and meet campaign goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Comfortable using CapCut or native Instagram editing tools Familiarity with current TikTok and Instagram trends and sounds Confident on camera, with willingness to appear in videos (optional) Other Information Perks: Gain hands-on experience in content marketing Build a portfolio with actual campaign work Enjoy a chill, fun, and creative work environment
