Videographer / Video Producer

We are looking for a Videographer / Video Producer to join our team and support the production of high-quality video content for various brands. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting videos across a range of client projects, including social media content, branded videos, interviews, corporate videos, campaign content, and lifestyle shoots. You should be comfortable handling client shoots independently, operating production equipment confidently, and working closely with our creative, strategy, and project management teams to bring content ideas to life. This role is suitable for someone who has hands-on production experience, a strong eye for visuals, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced shoot environments. Key Responsibilities: Film video content for client projects, including social media videos, branded content, interviews, event-style coverage, corporate videos, and campaign assets Lead or support on-location shoots, including camera setup, framing, lighting, audio, and basic production flow Work closely with producers, content strategists, editors, and project managers to understand creative briefs and shoot requirements Translate content ideas, scripts, or shot lists into well-executed video footage Provide creative input on shot composition, visual direction, and shoot execution Manage equipment setup, maintenance, packing, and on-site readiness for shoots Ensure all footage is properly backed up, organised, labelled, and handed over for post-production Support basic editing, rough cuts, or content assembly where required Adapt to different client industries, brand styles, content formats, and production requirements Maintain professionalism when working with clients, talents, and external stakeholders on set Support the team in improving production workflows, shoot quality, and content output Requirements: At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in videography, video production, content creation, or a related role Strong hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment Able to independently handle simple to moderately complex shoots Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, audio, pacing, and visual storytelling Experience shooting content for social media, branded content, interviews, corporate videos, or digital campaigns Basic to intermediate editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools Able to work from briefs, scripts, shot lists, and content plans Responsible, organised, punctual, and able to manage shoot-day requirements professionally Comfortable working in a client-facing environment Able to work across multiple projects and meet production timelines Portfolio, showreel, or samples of past video work required Good to Have: Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms Ability to handle simple directing, talent guidance, or interview setups Basic photography skills Basic knowledge of colour grading, motion graphics, or sound editing Experience working in an agency, production house, media company, or in-house content team Interest in content marketing, branded storytelling, and social-first video formats
