Business Development Executive

Studio by RICE | Social Media Content Agency Studio by RICE creates engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help bring new clients on board and grow our agency. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through online and offline channels Present creative social media content ideas and strategies to clients Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding Build and maintain client relationships Collaborate with the creative team on proposals and campaigns Assist with administrative tasks including quotations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups Stay updated on social media trends to advise clients Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (agency experience is a plus) Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, and client-facing activities Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable for targets Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok What We Offer Opportunity to work in a creative, fast-paced environment Hands-on experience in business development for social media brands Collaborative team culture and career growth opportunities
