We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and coaching the sales team, and increasing enrolments for our culinary courses, WSQ programmes, and corporate training solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader who is passionate about people development and building a high-performing sales team in the education and training industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase enrolments for culinary courses, WSQ programmes, and corporate training. - Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and implement improvement plans to maximise team productivity. - Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales consultants. - Drive personal sales while leading the team by example. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners, existing customers, and corporate clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. - Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion rates. - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. - Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales and enrolment process. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Experience in education, training, WSQ programmes, SkillsFuture-funded courses, or corporate training sales is an advantage. - Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
