RESPONSIBILITIES The Manager, CEO Office plays a key role in supporting the execution of the CEO strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives. Serving as a central coordinator across functions, services and stakeholders, the role executes plans, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and drives organisation-wide projects from concept to implementation. The Manager is expected to be resourceful, provide research, data and information gathering, think beyond conventional approaches, identify opportunities for innovation and mobilise diverse stakeholders to achieve CEO strategic priorities and organisational outcomes. On a day-to-day basis, this role ensures the CEO Office is well run and owns the board management role with CEO and Principal Secretary (PS) to CEO. This includes CEO office calendar of events/ schedules, logistics, board meeting management. The role also serves as a crucial bridge - managing internal (employees, Board management etc) and external (government bodies, funders etc) stakeholders curating strategic internal and external engagements and ensuring rigorous follow-through on key executive decisions. Job Responsibilities Planning & CEO Priorities Support the planning, coordination and execution of CEO strategic priorities and special projects. Support PS to drive organisation-wide initiatives and workstreams, ensuring alignment across departments and service pillars. Facilitate the curation and development and monitoring of annual workplans, strategic priorities and key organisational deliverables. Conduct environmental scanning and research on emerging trends, opportunities and challenges relevant to the organisation and sector. Prepare strategic papers, briefing notes, presentations, discussion materials and recommendations to support executive decision-making. Track progress of strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables. Coordinate organisation-wide communications and change initiatives arising from CEO priorities. Support CEO engagements, annual work plans, roundtable discussions, townhalls and strategic dialogues. Service Integration & Special Projects To support PS in coordinating and mobilising cross-functional teams to deliver organisation-wide initiatives and projects to improve client outcomes and service delivery. Support the design, implementation and review of service integration initiatives and organisational improvement projects. Facilitate problem-solving discussions and stakeholder alignment on organisational matters. Map and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and collaboration across teams. Coordination of partnership management, including assisting CEO to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance organisational priorities. Support strategic partnerships and collaborative projects involving community, corporate and government stakeholders. Executive Governance & Board Relations Manage sensitive communications and curate strategic touchpoints between the CEO and Board Members, leadership team, staff members etc. Maintain and archive key corporate records, governance policies and leadership meeting documentation for audit and reference purposes.
