Job Description Job Purpose Produce end-to-end training videos that simplify complex technical topics, improve knowledge retention, and integrate smoothly with the company LMS (Learning Management System). Responsibilities Pre-production Plan, script and storyboard training videos based on procedure complexity. Communicate with stakeholders to understand Power Generation procedures in preparation for filming. Apply adult-learning principles to simplify complex technical topics and improve knowledge retention. Production Film Power Generation procedures on-site and coordinate filming sessions. Aid in creating multimedia assets. Maintain organised file management.
