Social Worker / Counsellor (Families For Life @ Community)

RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver talks, workshops, and programmes for parents, grandparents, and couples. Support outreach and engagement efforts with stakeholders such as school leaders, educators, community partners, and religious organisations to promote family life education. Assist in the planning, development, and evaluation of family-related programmes. Willing to work flexible hours, including weeknights and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, or a related field. Preferably trained and accredited in: Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Level 2 and 3 Signposts Groupwork Purposeful Play Prepare/Enrich (Applicants without these certifications should be open to attending the relevant training.) Confident in delivering seminars and facilitating groupwork. At least 3 years of relevant experience in family life education (e.g., parenting and marriage counselling, or groupwork facilitation). Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
