Construction Manager

Report to Project Director and lead the team/siteworks Prepare & review detailed schedule for the site team to follow accordingly and for on-time completion Prepare & review detailed method statements and work instructions Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client Prepare & review company reports and documents Responsible in resolving technical and claim issues Assess subcontractors’ work activities against performance expectation Ensure compliance with quality, environment, health & safety requirements Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 30 years of relevant experience for A1 MNC construction firm, inclusive of at least 20 years at a managerial level At least 20 years of experience with complex vehicular structures (viaducts/bridge) and road projects of similar scale and complexity is mandatory for this position Well experienced in Bored piling, CBP, ERSS, RCBC Drain Box, Grouting, etc Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiatives A team leader Good interpersonal skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
