HR MANAGER – FURNITURE MANUFACTURING COMPANY Position: HR Manager Salary: S$3,500 per month-S$4800 Working Days: 5.5 days per week Accommodation: Provided by the company Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities Manage the company’s daily human resources and administrative operations. Handle employee onboarding, resignation, transfers, contract renewals and other employment matters. Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other manpower-related applications. Assist with applications for government grants, subsidies and relevant support schemes. Check and maintain accurate employee information, employment records and data-entry records. Organise and maintain employee files, company documents and confidential records. Source and recruit suitable candidates according to the company’s manpower requirements. Screen candidates, arrange interviews and follow up on hiring and onboarding procedures. Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and other relevant government authorities. Ensure that the company complies with Singapore employment regulations and manpower requirements. Oversee company invoicing, purchasing records and inventory management platforms. Prepare clear and timely HR and administrative reports for the Managing Director. Perform other duties assigned by the management. Job Requirements Relevant experience in human resources, recruitment or administration. Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, work pass procedures and MOM systems is preferred. Experience in recruitment, employee record management and HR administration. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and report directly to the Managing Director. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR, invoicing or inventory systems.
