Service Desk Engineer (APAC Support) Salary: $3,000 – $3,400 per month per month (commensurate with experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Engineer (APAC Support) to join a multinational enterprise environment supporting users across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Seoul . This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and working within a fast-paced regional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT Service Desk support to end users across the APAC region. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues. Handle incidents and service requests through the organization's ticketing system while meeting agreed service levels (SLAs). Perform remote troubleshooting and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors when required. Support user account administration, software installations, and workstation setup. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles. Deliver professional and courteous customer support while ensuring high levels of user satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant IT Service Desk or End User Support experience . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin to support regional users. Experience supporting users in a corporate enterprise environment. Ability to prioritize multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player. Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location Central Singapore Important Information Applicants must currently have the legal right to work in Singapore.
