Job Summary Manage financial transactions and support accounting operations to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting within a dynamic facilities solutions environment. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to maintain accurate financial records Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts Prepare and process payments to suppliers on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to ensure timely settlements Process monthly staff claims accurately and in compliance with company policies Assist in the preparation and coordination of yearly statutory audits to support regulatory compliance Execute additional ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to support the finance team’s objectives Meet tight deadlines for monthly financial closing by organizing and prioritizing accounting tasks Work independently under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in financial data Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification (as stated: "Min diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification") Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (as stated: "At least 3 years of book keeping experience") Preferred competencies and qualifications Good knowledge of accounting entries to accurately record financial transactions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting issues Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external parties Demonstrated strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude to support team goals
