Automation Technician

Job Summary You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated machinery and equipment, perform maintenance, diagnose faults, assist in commissioning, and support continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities Install automated machinery and equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults to restore functionality Assist in machine installation, testing, and commissioning to meet project requirements Maintain accurate maintenance records to track equipment performance and issues Support continuous improvement and automation projects by collaborating with team members and applying technical knowledge Preferred competencies and qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field Mechatronics background At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience Basic knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and electrical control systems Ability to communicate in Chinese for reading technical documentation and liaising with customers and suppliers Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively
