Job Summary Drive sales growth by promoting and selling industrial automation products, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities Promote and sell the company’s industrial automation products and solutions to target customers Build and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction Analyze customer requirements to recommend appropriate products and solutions Prepare accurate quotations and promptly follow up on sales enquiries to secure orders Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product delivery and ensure customer satisfaction Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and submit regular sales performance reports Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and work independently Good communication and interpersonal skills
