Job Summary Lead software development projects and teams to deliver robust industrial automation solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into technical designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities Lead and manage software development projects from planning through implementation to achieve project goals Supervise and mentor software development team members to enhance their skills and productivity Gather and analyze user requirements to design effective technical solutions aligned with business needs Review system architecture, program code, and database structures to ensure quality and maintainability Coordinate with customers, users, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment Monitor project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards throughout development Diagnose and resolve technical issues to support continuous development progress Ensure comprehensive documentation, rigorous testing, and ongoing maintenance of software applications Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or project management roles Strong experience in C# and Microsoft SQL Server Experience in software design, system architecture, and database development Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
