We are looking for an experienced and strategic supply chain professional to lead our end-to-end Supply Chain Management function. He/SHe will be responsible for driving supply chain strategy, procurement governance, supplier performance, cost optimisation, operational efficiency and digital transformation across procurement, logistics, inventory and warehousing operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall Supply Chain Management function and develop strategies aligned with business and operational requirements. Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control and material planning activities. Review strategic sourcing plans, high-value purchases, supplier agreements and critical procurement decisions. Lead supplier negotiations and develop long-term supplier partnerships to improve cost, quality, delivery and reliability. Monitor procurement expenditure, project budgets, inventory levels and supply chain performance. Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency and business continuity plans. Drive ERP utilisation, procurement analytics, automation and process improvement initiatives. Promote sustainable procurement and ensure suppliers meet quality, safety and environmental requirements. Establish departmental KPIs and lead the development of the SCM Manager and Supply Chain team. Present procurement performance, cost-saving initiatives, supply chain risks and recommendations to Management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or inventory management. Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing procurement or supply chain teams. Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, procurement governance and supply chain optimisation. Good knowledge of budgeting, cost optimisation, inventory management and supply chain risk management. Experience with ERP systems, digital procurement solutions, procurement analytics and process improvement.
