Inside Sales Executive (Training Provided)

Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential new clients; maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs. Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates using various channels to ensure a good match for client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interview appointments between clients and candidates; provide guidance and support throughout the interview process. Assist in the onboarding process for successful placements to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both parties. Work towards and achieve daily and monthly performance KPIs and targets. Handle other ad-hoc duties related to recruitment and operations as assigned. Requirements Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience Candidates with CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediaries) certification will have an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry. Positive attitude, resilient, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
