Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Manage room control based on forecasted occupancy, VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special requests. Adopt a sales-oriented approach within the Front Office team and identify resort-wide sales opportunities. Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and resort business practices. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management or equivalent. Strong interpersonal, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Seize This Opportunity!
