Key accountabilities Maintain professional standards in the provision of nursing care and patient education to patients in collaboration with nursing and members of multi-disciplinary health care team Provide orientation and guidance for junior nursing personnel to achieve quality nursing care. care of patient on ventilator assist in endotracheal intubation perform endotracheal tube (ett) suctioning monitor haemodynamic status Intra arterial (ia) line cvl swan ganz • continuous cardiac output/continuous cardiac index intra-aortic balloon pump (iabp) Care of patient pre and post-operative Care of patient with respiratory disorders, cardiac surgery, coronary syndrome Qualifications & Experience Possess Degree / Diploma in Nursing
