About this role
The Role Be a part of the Radiation Oncology team based in our hospitals. The Senior / Physicist will be professionally engaged in the dose measurement, treatment planning and quality assurance program. Responsibilities Provide safe and accurate treatment - treatment planning for external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy, and discuss clinical cases with the consultant on treatment plans and techniques Participate in radiotherapy quality assurance programs Perform output measurements, calibrations and quality assurance on relevant machine related to radiotherapy equipment periodically Review daily QA procedure performed by Radiation Therapists Assist in ensuring the PMIs of the radiotherapy equipment are done as per schedule and all test reports of equipment maintenance are reviewed Assist in frontline troubleshooting for all therapy related machines and service engineer coordination Assist in MOH and NEA regulatory compliance projects and department quality/safety projects Other duties as assigned Requirements Degree / Master in Medical Physics or equivalent Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in radiation therapy
