Lead and oversee the front desk and customer service operations, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. Respond promptly to enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital platforms, converting leads into appointments. Handle customer feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups, appointment reminders, and personalised communication. Create engaging and creative social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns that align with the clinic's branding. Manage and maintain the clinic's social media platforms by planning, scheduling, and publishing content consistently. Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to promote treatments, new services, seasonal campaigns, and special events. Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, and campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Assist in planning monthly marketing calendars and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and client engagement. Support daily clinic operations and administrative duties while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. Requirements Degree in any related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, clinic operations, or a similar leadership role. Experience in the aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Creative with an eye for aesthetics and the ability to produce engaging social media content. Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS. Experience using Canva or similar design and content creation tools is highly advantageous. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Sales-oriented with confidence in recommending treatments, promoting packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.
