Safety Officer

Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with WSH Act, MOM, and NEA safety requirements Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures Enforce safety rules, procedures, and safe work practices on-site Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all workers Liaise with Operations Managers, supervisors, and external authorities Monitor high-risk activities (e.g. lifting, marine operations, machinery use) Requirements: Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction, marine, or logistics industry preferred Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety standards Strong attention to detail and enforcement ability Good communication and reporting skills Able to work on-site and handle multiple locations if required If you are shortlisted for the first round of screening, our Recruiter will contact you directly.
