Company Overview Impact Security Services Pte Ltd is a licensed security agency in Singapore providing technology-driven security solutions to commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients using AI Video Analytics, Remote Monitoring, and other advanced systems. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing new contracts, building client partnerships, and promoting integrated security manpower and technology solutions. Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in property development, MCSTs, managing agents, commercial and industrial sectors, government agencies, and corporate clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to support contract acquisition Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contract terms to close deals effectively Promote the company’s integrated security manpower and technology solutions to meet client needs Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of new contracts Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business expansion goals Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and business forecasts to inform strategic planning Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or corporate sales Existing network within the security industry, property management, facilities management, or building management sectors will be an advantage Experience with government tenders (GeBIZ) and commercial tenders is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful client engagements Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Other Information Benefits Attractive basic salary from SGD 5,200 per month Medical benefits Annual leave and statutory benefits Career development opportunities Supportive and professional working environment Location 45 Kallang Pudding Road #09-09 Alpha Building Singapore 349317 Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm Saturday: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm
