Job Summary Support downstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing by applying process knowledge, ensuring GMP compliance, analyzing data trends, and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams to optimize process performance. Responsibilities Apply knowledge of downstream biopharmaceutical processes to support manufacturing activities Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and uphold process data integrity principles during operations Analyze process data and identify trends to monitor and improve process performance Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, following guidance to achieve operational goals Use structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to address process challenges and support continuous improvement Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline Experience in downstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing with UFDF, chrome skids, columns, single use mixer, providing process support, or manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.
