Bank Officer -Retail Banking/Accounts

Job Description: Retail Banking/Accounts · Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers · Communicating with customers through various channels · Liaising with Customer, Banks on update/follow up issues · Authorise Retail Banking Transactions including Money Exchange, Remittance and Personal Account Management, Account Opening · Approve Operational matters, such as Inward/Outward Remittance (Meps, Telegraphic Transfer, Drafts, Cashier Order) · Handling local and foreign cheques clearing through CTS/EGIRO · Handling currency cash · Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations · Onboarding new customer (SB/CA) and scrutinizing documents · Possess sound understanding of relevant regulatory/compliance requirements. · Knowledge of preparation of Customer Statement Message · Knowledge of Reconciliation · Knowledge of preparation of regulatory reports.
