Project Lead (Design & Build – Landed Homes)

Job Description We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer/Interior Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing residential and landed property projects from concept development through construction and project completion. Key Responsibilities Meet and liaise with clients to understand project requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and design objectives. Develop design concepts, space planning layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentation proposals. Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D visualisations, construction drawings, and specifications. Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities where required. Manage projects from design development through construction and final handover. Conduct site measurements, site inspections, and project coordination meetings. Review and select materials, finishes, fittings, sanitary wares, lighting, and furniture. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery. Resolve design, technical, and site-related issues during project execution. Assist in preparing quotations, variation orders, and project documentation. Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations, building requirements, and company standards. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design and project management. Experience in landed residential, reconstruction or A&A projects preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software. Strong design flair with good technical detailing knowledge. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
