Sales & Marketing Executive (Training Academy) Employment Type: Full-time, 2-year Contract (3-month probation) Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive course enrolments and corporate training sales while supporting marketing initiatives to grow the Academy’s brand and revenue. The role involves business development, client engagement, lead generation, and execution of marketing activities across multiple channels. Responsibilities Promote and sell training programmes to individuals and corporate clients to achieve enrolment and revenue targets Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals to expand client base Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly to convert prospects into customers and meet sales goals Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and training solutions that address client needs and support sales closure Execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation Manage social media channels, update website content and create marketing materials to engage target audiences Support event planning and execution for networking sessions, webinars, and corporate engagements to enhance client relationships Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships by delivering responsive service and regular communication Provide timely support for course registration and respond to customer enquiries to ensure a positive client experience Maintain accurate sales records and prepare basic sales reports to track performance and inform management decisions Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or marketing, preferably in the training or education sector Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools to support sales and marketing activities Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills t…
