Company Overview The client specializes in supplying, fabricating, and installing metal engineering works for buildings, industrial, and marine services, including air-conditioning and ventilation ducting, steel platforms and structures, exhaust stacks, noise enclosures, piping, storage tanks, and filter houses. Job Summary Manage project financials and contract processes to ensure cost control and timely delivery of metal engineering projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor budgets, progress claims, and contract variations effectively. Responsibilities Prepare and manage tender, quotation, and pre-contract documentation to support project initiation Develop, update, and monitor project budgets including committed costs, actual costs, forecast costs, cost-to-complete, and project margins to ensure financial control Administer contracts and manage contract variations to maintain compliance and project scope integrity Track and follow up on progress claims, variation orders, omissions, final accounts, and subcontractor claim assessments to ensure accurate payment certification Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve project issues promptly Utilize advanced Excel skills to perform cost comparisons, budget tracking, claim summaries, variation registers, and management reporting for informed decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications ITE certificate or diploma in any discipline
