Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Preparation of 3D renderings in your own direction, space planning, and projection drawing Presents finalized ideas and concepts to the team and customer; Full involvement from tender stage to construction stage. Strong experience in technical coordination and drawing production Good client management skills Experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching Furniture and materials awareness Requirement Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design or Architecture At least 2 years of relevant experience in the commercial interior fit-out industry Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects Proficient in 3D Max, Auto-cad, and/or other design software application Preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred as our carpenters are mandarin speaking)
