Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

Company Profile: Julian Grey’s client is an established company in the commercial renovation, interior fit-out, and building works industry. Responsibilities: Manage the full tendering process, including tender review, quantity take-off, quotation sourcing, pricing, and submission preparation. Work with tendering platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, GeBiz, Sesami, Tenderboard, VendorCafe, and other relevant portals. Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and support project costing. Manage project cost administration from contract award to completion, including subcontract awards, progress claims, variation orders, cost documentation, and final accounts. Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on project requirements and feedback. Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and contributing to cost-efficient project strategies. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Development, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, contracts, tendering, or commercial/interior fit-out projects in Singapore’s construction industry.
