Freelance Marketing Executive

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Marketing Executive to support our day-to-day marketing activities. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating content, engaging with customers, and assisting with daily marketing operations on a flexible work arrangement. Key Responsibilities Support the company's daily marketing activities and campaigns. Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote). Create marketing content such as social media posts, short videos, posters, and promotional materials. Respond to customer enquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms. Assist in generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team. Follow up with marketing enquiries and maintain customer engagement. Coordinate marketing promotions, events, and advertising activities. Monitor social media performance and provide ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness. Conduct basic market research and keep up with industry trends. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer engagement is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Creative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to support daily marketing operations on a flexible schedule.
