Job Summary Join our friendly team as an Insurance Administrative Executive to support daily insurance operations and client servicing, driving efficient policy management and excellent customer engagement in a stable office-based role with growth opportunities. Responsibilities Respond promptly to insurance enquiries and manage policy renewal processes to ensure client coverage continuity Prepare accurate insurance quotations and facilitate timely policy issuance to meet client needs Process policy documents and endorsements efficiently to maintain up-to-date client records Maintain organized customer records and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance Liaise effectively with clients and insurers to resolve servicing matters and enhance client satisfaction Provide general administrative and coordination support to streamline insurance operations Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail and organizational standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Possession of CGI, PGI, COMGI, HI, M5, or M9 insurance certifications is advantageous for enhanced role performance Other Information Location 5 minutes’ walk from Chinatown MRT Station Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9: 00 AM – 6:00 PM Why Join Us?
