Assistance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities To oversee warehouse/store inventory management To provide administrative support for daily warehouse operations Preparation of documents such as Delivery Order, Packing List and other shipping documents To handle inbound and outbound inventory To work closely with the warehouse/logistics on delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery To update inventory listing periodically To perform on-site delivery of parts during emergency Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Minimum high school/post-secondary education Some work experience in heavy equipment or construction industry would be a plus A team-player and able to work well independently with minimal supervision Some basic literacy skills with software like Microsoft and/or windows applications Some SAP B1 experience or operating similar ERP software experience is preferred
