Operation Management Trainee will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and resolving any issues with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. What You’ll Do -Connect with customers via phone, email, and chat—quickly, clearly, and professionally -Guide customers to the perfect product and solution, and liaise with specialist on expert advice -Process orders, track shipments, and ensure smooth deliveries -Solve problems fast.
