Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential customers through research, networking, cold calls, and visits. Present and explain the company's products and services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work with the sales and marketing team on promotions and campaigns. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to promote the Company's products and services. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners. Key Requirements: Proven experience in outdoor sales. (Logistics, B2B) Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
