The role requires strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to operational chat groups Coordinate and assign jobs according to operational requirements Track and monitor daily job movements Liaise with customers regarding requests, enquiries, and feedback Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues Record and manage daily job bookings Requirements: Good communication and coordination skills Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Responsible with strong follow-up skills Able to start work within a short notice period
