Join Our Team Zenith Alliance is looking for a Full-time HR cum Admin Intern who is organised, detail-oriented and eager to gain practical experience in business operations. This internship is ideal for Polytechnic and University students looking to strengthen their administrative, organisational and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals. You'll gain hands-on exposure to financial planning operations, client servicing and policy administration in a supportive and collaborative environment. Salary ranges from $900 - $1,100 Commitment Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable) Should the employee decide to leave before the contract end date, a 2-week notice period must be served. Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our day-to-day operations by preparing policy summaries, managing documentation and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for students looking to develop organisational and operational skills while gaining valuable exposure to the financial services industry. Position Scope The duties and responsibilities listed below constitute the primary scope of this internship. Interns can expect to perform these responsibilities throughout their internship while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals. Additional duties may occasionally be assigned based on business needs. These tasks will remain relevant to the internship role and are intended to support the intern's professional growth and development. Responsibilities Prepare and update client policy summaries. Organise and maintain digital client records and documentation. Perform accurate data entry and database management. Assist with appointment scheduling and client follow-ups. Support administrative and operational processes, including claims submissions and policy servicing. Prepare reports and maintain internal records. Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion. Assist with document submissions and compliance-related processes. Prepare policy summaries and assist with follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of client requests. Be open to undertaking other reasonable ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements Current Polytechnic or University student. Strong organisational and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn about the financial services industry. Able to commit to the minimum weekly working hours. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute. Must complete all 4 required examination papers within the 3-month internship period . Internship Progression Upon successful completion of all required examination papers during the internship, interns may choose to: Transition into a Part-Time or Full-Time Financial Advisor , or Continue as a Part-Time Administrative Intern for an additional 3 months (contract extendable) to gain further industry exposure and experience before deciding on a long-term career pathway.
