Logistics Sales Manager

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Working Location Pandan Road Salary Basic Salary: S$5,000 – S$6,500 (commensurate with experience) Attractive sales incentives Benefits Pleasant and supportive working environment Competitive remuneration package Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) Variable Bonus Medical, dental and insurance coverage Car allowance Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for: Contract Logistics Warehousing Transportation Freight Management Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers. Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and support business growth. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and presentations to prospective customers. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide effective logistics solutions. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. Gather and share market intelligence, industry trends and competitor activities to support business planning. Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment within agreed credit terms. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline. At least 5 years of business development or hunter sales experience in the freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation and supply chain solutions. Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
