Purchaser / Procurement (ID6107) Location: Pioneer Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 Job Scope: • Handle daily procurement activities and purchasing of materials, tools, and services required for engineering operations • Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards • Prepare and issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/operations team to maintain adequate stock • Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors • Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules, quality issues, and payment matters • Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation • Work closely with project and operations teams to understand material requirements • Assist in cost control and continuous improvement of procurement processes • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
