Retail Store Designer / Visual Merchandiser (Beauty & Retail) Location: East Singapore Permanent Position Are you passionate about creating beautiful retail spaces that enhance the customer experience? Our client, an established brand in the Beauty & Personal Care industry, is looking for a creative and technically strong Retail Store Designer / Visual Merchandiser to join their growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy transforming concepts into attractive retail environments while ensuring designs are practical and ready for execution. Responsibilities Design attractive retail stores, shop-in-shops, promotional displays and visual merchandising concepts. Prepare layout plans, 3D perspectives, technical drawings and construction details. Plan customer flow, product display areas and consultation spaces. Select suitable materials, fixtures, finishes and lighting for retail environments. Work closely with contractors, suppliers, landlords and internal stakeholders during project execution. Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely completion. Support store renovations, new store openings and visual merchandising initiatives. Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's branding and customer experience. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in retail, commercial or interior design. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Experience with 3D rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape, Rhino or Revit) will be an advantage. Good understanding of construction drawings, shop fittings and retail fixtures. Passion for retail, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle brands.
