Officer (Membership) A key role in delivering excellent membership services and building strong relationshipswith our members. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customerinteraction, administration, and creating positive member experiences. Key Responsibilities : MembershipAdministration & Customer Service Manage daily membership enquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in interactions in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, account statuses, and member information within the Customer Management System (CMS). Process account service requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. MembershipSales & Retention Follow up on new membership applications and membership renewals. Contact prospective members to promote membership benefits and convert enquiries into successful sign-ups. Remind existing members of upcoming renewals and assist in retaining memberships. MembershipProcessing Process new membership registrations, renewals, and membership activations efficiently. Prepare membership packages and onboarding materials upon successful payment. Handle requests relating to membership suspension due to medical reasons, overseas work assignments, studies, or other approved circumstances. Process security deposit refunds and account credit balances upon membership resignation or expiry. OperationalSupport Provide support at the Membership Centre and perform front counter duties when required. Assist in membership recruitment campaigns, Open House events, promotional activities, and other special projects. Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor. Requirements: · Min. GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalentqualification · At least 1 years working experience in incustomer service, membership administration, sales support, or related fields. · Service and people oriented with an interestto work in country club environment · Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonaland communication skills. · Comfortable making follow-up calls and engaging with prospective and existing members. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems. · Meticulous, organised, and able to managemultiple tasks effectively. · Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
