Trade Operations Executive (Commodities Trading) Join a reputable international commodities trading company and be part of a dynamic team supporting global trade operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor commodity trading transactions from contract to shipment completion. Review contracts and ensure accurate execution of trade terms and obligations. Handle trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), DP/DA, and payment processes. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movements. Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and settlement records. Monitor receivables, payables, freight, and other transaction-related costs. Resolve operational issues and support timely delivery of shipments. Maintain strong working relationships with customers and business partners. Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Finance, Economics, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in trade operations, shipping, logistics, supply chain, or commodities trading. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply. Familiarity with trade finance instruments such as LC, DP, and DA is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
