About this role
Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in petrochemical technology commercialization, project incubation, and international business development . As the Singapore office continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Office & HR Manager to oversee office operations, HR administration, and corporate support functions. Key Responsibilities: Office & Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, vendors, procurement, and office administration. Develop and maintain office policies, administrative procedures, and corporate records. Coordinate meetings, company events, business travel, and expatriate relocation. Human Resources: Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment coordination. Oversee payroll administration, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation. Coordinate Employment Pass and other MOM work pass applications and renewals. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF, MOM regulations, and PDPA. Develop and implement the company's HR handbook, HR policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices. Workplace Safety & Compliance: Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) initiatives and office safety programmes. Coordinate safety inductions, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting. Liaise with building management and support safety compliance activities. Executive & Corporate Support: Provide administrative support to senior management. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Liaise with regional headquarters, external vendors, and business partners. Support regional projects and other corporate initiatives. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Office Management, HR Administration, or Corporate Administration. Experience within EPC, engineering, petrochemical, chemical, industrial, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM work pass administration, CPF, payroll, and HR best practices. Basic understanding of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and office safety procedures. Experience supporting a start-up or growing organisation will be an advantage. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional headquarters. Why Join?
