The company acquires pre-owned luxury items through an expanding retail network, while delivering trusted authentication services and promoting sustainable consumption. Job Description: - Responsible in daily human resources operations - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll using Excel - Lead local recruitment activities, including sourcing, coordination and onboarding - Process work pass applications for foreign employees and coordinate related housing arrangements Job Requirements: - Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function with minimal supervision - Knowledge of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Singapore employment requirements - Practical proficiency in Excel for payroll processing - Working proficiency in English for day-to-day business communication - Working proficiency in Mandarin, required to communicate with employees who converse only in Mandarin on payroll and HR matters Compensation: - Working location: Chinatown - Working hours: Flexible, with preferred hours of 9:30 - 18:30 (Mon to Fri) - AWS - Variable bonus
