Associate Engineer (Production)

Job Description: - Supporting the production line to ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with high standards of quality and security - Operate machines and execute production as per production schedule and meet targeted output - Perform initial level of troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimise downtime - Interact with staff support to ensure smooth and optimum level of machine operational efficiency - Establish effective preventive maintenance - To control the quality of outputs using advanced technologies - To control the flow of various goods and materials through digital quantity monitoring system - Manage multiple priorities - Other ad hoc duties Job Requirements: - Diploma in any Engineering discipline - No experience are welcomed. Training will be provided - Comfortable in a physically active role, moving between production stations throughout the day - Able to work in a manufacturing environment with some paper dust and machine noise (full PPE provided) - Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset - A reliable, collaborative team player Compensation: - Working location: Jurong West - Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm - Overtime pay - Performance allowance - AWS - Insurance: Medical and dental benefits - Company shuttle bus from Jurong East and Lakeside (morning and evening)
