Job Description: - Manage and support on hardware and software components pertaining to a system infrastructure, including operating systems, servers, storage, backup, cloud etc. - Adequate troubleshooting and hands-on skill in System server, Storage, cloud orchestration and automation - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure or AWS - Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Virtualization - Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware - Hyperconverged - Nutanix - Backup Solution e.g. Veritas, Veeam, etc. - Licenses and certificate activation - Cloud - O365, Azure and AWS, backup - Basic network and security features - Ability to pick up or learn different technologies such as Cisco VOIP solution such as CUCM, WEBEX, CSM - Call response and support within service level agreement - Incident / problem troubleshooting, fault clarification and isolation - Provide workaround and/or resolution - Communication and reporting - Security updates and patching - Maintaining technical documentation - Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in any IT related disciplines - Having Certification: Azure, AWS Cloud certified/ Microsoft Certified is preferred - At least 3 - 5 years of IT Operations experience, especially in the area of System Infrastructure and Cloud solution - Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency - Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability - Posses analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure - Time management, Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment - Having a Valid Cat 1 clearance or qualified to apply - Willing to commit standby work (24/7) Compensation: - Work location: Central, Singapore - Working hour: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM - Annual Performance Bonus - Annual Leaves and Medical leaves - Medical benefits and Group Insurance - Annual Health Screening provided
