About Company: Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore. Job Description: - Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities for air conditioning products, including residential split systems, multi-split systems, etc. - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, dealers, system integrators, and key corporate customers - Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the project pipeline - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, product selections, and technical recommendations based on customer requirements - Work closely with customers to understand project needs, specifications, site conditions, and budget requirements - Provide product presentation, technical clarification, and solution support to customers and project stakeholders - Follow up on project progress from enquiry stage to quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, delivery, and after-sales support - Coordinate internally with product, engineering, logistics, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, project movements, and customer feedback - Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, including revenue, profit, and project pipeline objectives - Support product launches, marketing activities, dealer events, and training sessions when required - Prepare regular sales reports, forecast updates, customer visit reports, and project status updates for management review - Other ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the company Job Requirements: - Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent - At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing in similar industry (Electronics and Electrical Appliances/Home Appliances/consumer products) - Experience in commercial project sales (B2B) and dealers management - Good interpersonal and coordination skills - Proficient in MS Excel (must know) and PowerPoint - Knowledgeable of Business Accounting P&L is an added advantage - Team player with strong analytical, excellent communication and presentation skills - Good business acumen and able to conceptualize marketing directions - Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required Compensation: - Work location: Bedok, Singapore - Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5:30pm - AWS Entitlement - Annual variable bonus, subject to individual and company's performance - Variable allowances - Annual leaves and medical benefits - Group insurance - Possesses an opportunity to work in a diverse working environment within MNC setting
