Role Summary The Client Service Agent (Concierge) delivers front-of-house services to ensure a professional and seamless client experience. This role supports daily client floor operations, provides high-quality customer service, and assists the Client Services Supervisor in maintaining service standards aligned with organizational and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors professionally, manage guest arrivals, and escort them to designated meeting rooms. Manage meeting room bookings and update systems accurately, including notifying hosting employees of guest arrivals. Take and serve beverage orders in accordance with established service standards. Provide accurate information on building facilities and local amenities (e.g., transport, dining, ATMs). Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries, requests, and service needs. Support daily operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service protocols. Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with clients. Monitor and uphold health, safety, and security guidelines; escalate issues or concerns to management as required. Collaborate with team members to support a positive, team-oriented work environment. Participate in team briefings, training, and cross-functional support activities. Proactively manage client expectations and contribute to continuous service improvement. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service roles (e.g., hotel or front office environment). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse and high-profile clients.
