Assistant Project Engineer / Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Support Project Engineers/Managers with daily project coordination Track and maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and variation orders Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and status updates Monitor site activities and report progress or issues to the Project Engineer Maintain organised digital and hardcopy project filing systems Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as needed Requirements Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Civil Engineering or related field 0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply Detail-oriented, organised, and a clear communicator Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus Team player with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
