Project Engineer (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day execution of assigned projects Read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities Prepare project schedules, manpower/resource plans, and progress reports Monitor site progress against timeline, budget, and quality benchmarks Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and site safety protocols Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials with subcontractors and suppliers Chair/attend site and progress meetings; resolve technical and site issues promptly Prepare and submit as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and testing & commissioning documentation Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the M&E or building construction industry in Singapore Familiarity with BCA regulations and submission processes (CORENET experience a plus) Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Able to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
