Centre Manager (In:Genius Student Care)

Unlike large, school-based centres, we prioritise: Close homework guidance (understanding, not just completion) Strong student-teacher relationships Character, habits, and independent learning skills We are looking for a hands-on Centre Manager to lead operations, drive enrolment, and deliver an exceptional parent and student experience. Role Overview You will be the engine of the centre — managing daily operations, engaging parents, supporting students, and driving growth. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, organised, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves . Key Responsibilities 1. Centre Operations & Leadership Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth running of programmes Manage student routines, schedules, and overall centre environment Lead and support teaching staff to maintain high standards 2. Student & Parent Experience Build strong relationships with students and parents Address parent concerns confidently and professionally Provide regular updates on student progress and development 3. Enrolment & Growth Conduct centre tours and convert prospective parents into sign-ups Follow up on leads and drive enrolment targets Support marketing initiatives and community outreach 4. Academic Oversight Ensure quality and consistency of homework support Personalise learning support where needed Uphold the centre’s standards in holistic development Who We’re Looking For You are: A doer – proactive, resourceful, and able to execute quickly Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable with both operations and sales (parent conversion) Warm, confident, and credible with both children and parents Someone who takes ownership , not just responsibility Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in student care / enrichment centres Experience in private / boutique centres preferred (not purely school-based environments) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage operations and/or drive enrolment What We Offer Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, high-quality centre High ownership and autonomy in running the centre Performance-based incentives tied to enrolment and centre growth
